Bebington Sports College
On Thursday 2nd November, we took some of our athletes from year 5/6 to Bebington Sports College to compete in the Wirral Sports Hall Athletics Competition.
Our children took part in field events, such as Javelin, Chest Push, Vertical Jump, Long Jump & Triple Jump and also running races, such as the 1x1, 2x2, 4x4, and the 6 Lap Paarluf.
The children really worked hard to compete in this event and thoroughly enjoyed taking part in this competition.
We competed against St Bridget’s, Great Meols & Bidston Avenue while being at Bebington, although the results were added in with the rest of the Wirral Schools
We are pleased to tell you that overall out of all the Wirral schools, we came……………… FIRST PLACE!!
We are now through to the Merseyside Sports Hall Athletics Final!!
Well done to all the children that took part in the competition!!
