FRIENDS OF ST. PETER'S ASSOCIATION

The Friends of St. Peter's Association aim to develop relationships between staff, parents and others associated with S.t Peter's C of E Primary School.  They support the school and advance the education of its pupils and they provide financial assistance to the school for items not normally supported by the Local Authority.

The Friends of St. Peter's is split into two groups.  The Friends of St. Peter's Association meets once a term and has representatives from the school staff team, parents and governors.  This is when the Committee receives requests from school as to what they would like help and support with, for example any equipment they would like Friends to help purchase.

The Friends of St. Peter's Social Committee is a subcommittee of the Friends of S.t Peter's and is the fundraising arm of the Committee.  All parents are encouraged to come along to the Social Committee and get involved.  It is a very easy way to make friends at the school and be involved with all the activities that are run throughout the school year.

The Friends of St. Peter's Social Committee meet on the first Monday of every month at Otto Lounge in  Heswall, starting at 8 pm.

The Social Committee are involved in organising lots of events throughout the year to raise funds and encourage the social aspect of school life and we are always looking for new ideas.  Without parents offering their help at events it would not be possible for them to go ahead so we encourage you to get involved.

See the Diary for our upcoming events.
