Letters & information

Dear Parents and Carers,

Following our INSET today, it has been agreed that parents will be able to wait on the school playground if they have more than one child attending school and their ‘drop off’ and ‘pick up’ times are staggered.  If you choose to wait on the playground it is extremely important that social distancing is followed at all times and your child/ren remain with you and do not play with any other waiting children.  If social distancing is not followed the school will politely ask you to leave.

For those parents who have been asked to use the ‘Top Gate’ access to the playground will be via the pathway which runs between the Early Years building and the outside classroom (Class 1C).

For those parents who have been asked to use the ‘Bottom Gate’ access to the playground will be via the gate which leads onto the playground from the school car park.

All parents who choose to wait on the playground will be required to leave the school grounds via the gate on the playground.  Parents are not to walk up the path which leads to the ‘Top Gate’.

For any parent who has a child in Foundation Stage 2 and has chosen to wait on the playground it is important that you make your child’s class teacher aware of this.  This is so a member of staff can collect your child from you on the playground.  You can inform your child’s teacher by sending a message via Seesaw.

Thank you for your continued support.
