On Thursday 6th November, our school orchestra were invited to entertain the "Thursdays Together" group at the St Peter's Centre.
The orchestra have only been rehearsing their new pieces since September and have many brand new members but it was a performance to be proud of.
This also provided an opportunity for a number of solo/small ensemble performances and had the audience clapping along and even singing along at one point!
Afterwards, some well deserved refreshments were gratefully received by all children and we were able to spend some time chatting to the audience.
We have already been asked to return and will be doing so in the near future.
