During switch off fortnight the Eco Committee secretly went round the school when everybody was in collective worship and checked all empty classrooms and other areas to see who had left light switches and monitors on.
Nobody is going to be named and shamed but Eco will be doing another check later in the year to see if we have improved our switching off. Eco members should be turning off class lights when the room is not in use and reminder stickers have been put on switches.
Eco members are also going to become switchoff detectives at home.
